Quality for environment is needed

Present quality studies consider the customer's satisfaction. But when we are on the concept of CSR , we need to consider the quality over customers.

Quality studies are developed in mass-production. But methods for this field are not valid in venous industries. To make for this industry, environmental economics is important.

Environmental Friendly Design

Old style design is for customer's view, So environmental factors are added. Examples are below.

• Save energy : save limited resource
• Recycle : easy to take part
• Compliance for regulations : Some materials are prohibit to use.
• Safety : For people and the environment
• Life : should be long (related to Reliability Engineering )
• Yield : to reduce wastes (related to Quality Control )
• Productivity : to reduce wastes and save energy (related to Industrial Engineering )
