Management In the field of Risk, the process of risk communication is important for decision making because there various people standing different thought and knowledge.
Risk communication is the change from a non-cooperative game to a cooperative game by the words of game theory .
Some books say that "We fail the communication if we start communication with persuasion." and "There is not the way to success the communication surely."
"Trust" is an important key-word.
Some people intend to change the thought of audiences by psychological techniques. (I do not like this method.)
Risk is defined in risk evaluation . But as I explained in risk cognition , the sense of citizen is differing to specialists. Risk communication is not a method to explain the "right" to citizen.
