Sampling Inspection
Measurement to evaluate capacity of process.
If this measurement is high, the process is reliable.
The analysis of Errors is needed to improve the capacity. Measurement Errors , Causes of Errors and Propagation of Errors are important points.
There are some similar measurements, but basic idea is same.
If there are upper limit, process capacity is
" ( Upper limit - Average ) / Standard Deviation ".
This measurement means that the number of standard deviation
between upper limit and average.
