Limit cycle has defined amplitude and frequency.
Cyclic movement is written down "sin" and "cos". Fourier analysis is important knowledge.
Limit cycle and strange attractor is something like cyclic movement. But those are not written down sin and cos clearly. Those are called quasi-cyclic movement.
We consider "Linear phenomena is a special case of non-linear phenomena." And in the same way, "Cyclic movement is a special case of quasi-cyclic movement."
There are many indexes and most of them seem to measure uniform phenomena. I believe we need indexes to measure quasi-cyclic movement for sustainable society .
