Metadata is referred to as the data of the data. In Data Management, it refers to the physical content of the data, such as the storage location and format.

It is data that says, "What kind of data is this data and what format is it?"

Meta data for material classification

Data called "meta data" can also refer to data used to classify materials in libraries and other places.

• Classification names of keywords in the material: For example, in the case of a book classification, it could be "Field", "Year of Publication", "Country of Publication", etc.
• Keywords in the document: The name of the item used to classify the data. For example, in the classification of books, it is not "field", but "sports", "natural science", "novel", etc. in the "field".

Meta data as tags

If you want to call the classification name of a keyword in a document metadata, you can use tags like XML as the contents of the "tags" in the language that determines the structure.

Meta data as master data

Wwhen the keyword of the material is called metadata, this data also has the role of master data as well as metadata.
