IE-method is the method to get efficient action and to decrease useless action. Visualization of process flow and time leads the problem visually. When we know problems visually, we get solution visually.

IE-method studies efficiency of process in the factory. And efficiency is the most important theme of management especially for mass-production. So some books of management introduces that
"IE-method = Scientifical Management Method".

• Divide works into small size.
