Propagation on Network

Common property of information (gossip), contagious diseases and heat is propagation.

There are two types of the model.

Probability

In many phenomena, it is not clear to go next node. Probability is suitable to study this case.

Lattice model (a kind of Network) is used for simulation. Propagation depends on probability.

Percolation model is used in the study of phase shift and Mathematical Biology .

Distance is one of the important factors of propagation.

If there are various numbers of nodes and edges, distance is very important. So there are models that do not use probability.
