Pareto chart is easy to make. But we have some check points.
The first case is that, for example, for the same thing, some people call "dust", the other peole call "foreign body".
In this case, we need to count again.
The second case is that the production has more than two NG reasons.
In this case, we need to check that "each reason is counted separately" or "there is the priority of resons to count".
If the latter rule is used, we may have the hiddden problem.
