Fields of Atoms and Molecules

If we study materials in the micro view, we study the field of atoms and molecules.

Structure of matter

Matters consist of molecules.
For example, water consist of water molecules (H2O)
Molecules consist of atoms.
For example, water molecule (H2O) consist of two hydrogen (H) and one oxygen (O).
Atoms consist of proton , neutron and electron.
For example, hydrogen consists of one proton and one electron. "Quantum mechanics" studies the condition of electron.
Proton and neutron consist of elementary particles.
Simulation for molecules and atoms is not related to elementary particles.

First Principle : Calculate atoms "correctly"
Molecular Dynamics : Molecules move in the computer. It means, we can experiment in the computers.
Simulated Annealing : Not only to make crystals but also to solve general optimization problems .
